Scope of Work:

A major OEM within the aerospace industry contracted Global Partner Solutions to support them with their supply chain performance and delivery assurance needs including improving their overall cost effectiveness at suppliers. The statement of work (SoW) consists of full accountability for project deliverables (Results and Resources) and an assurance of a “Time is of the essence” culture—as well as fast and accurate response to requests.

Activities:

Over the past (5) years, GPSI has developed, managed, and enforced Standard Operating Procedures and processes addressing all deliverables. The team sources, vets, onboards, and deploys qualified resources worldwide (NA-APAC-EMEA) within 48 hours, by maintaining a network of resources ready to be dispatched.

The GPSI team continues to overcome challenges and is also able to standardize deliverables for all resources from different cultures, time zones, and languages.

Additionally, using the latest technological tools available, GPSI offered its client automated reporting, giving them real time access in addition to its quarterly program reviews to track performance. We are continually refining our tools and adapting to our clients’ needs as they evolve also.
